I am 6 weeks 5 days pragnant now before once had misscarriage at 7 weeks at this point what precautions whould be taken and how I will know if evryting is going well I went to doctor he told me to meet after 15 days sometime I get back pain he given me progestrone capsules do I need to take any special care

Abortion is a fairly common complication of pregnancy. Statistically about 25% pregnancies end in an abortion and most of them are in the first eight weeks. At the best it can be considered as an accident. You should take basic precautions like taking adequate rest, looking after your hydration,  nutritious diet, and taking Folic acid daily. You are already taking progesterone supplements.  Things should go fine.
