PPbs glucose test result

I have been advised for a glucose ppbs test am in 19th week of pregnancy, and my test result is 81 mg/dl after taking 75mg of glucose in empty stomach, the test was done after 2hrs of taking glucose water. Wanted to know wether the result is okay or it is low? Or any problem? Plz suggest
