I am 44 days post C-section. My lochia stopped completely by day 21. On day 35, I had very minimal bright red bleeding for 3 days along with mild period-like cramps, which then stopped. Today (day 44), I have very minimal brown spotting  with no cramps. I am exclusively breastfeeding. Could this be my first postpartum period, a recurrence of lochia, or something else?     I am worried that this could be due to a problem with my internal C-section stitches. Is that a possibility?
