I have posterior tendon inflammation in right ankle.. I was compensating my left foot for it... now i have pain in the area which i have marked in the picture for past one month... (left the other foot) how to overcome this pain.. i have pain while walking when i press the pain is severe...

Are u on any medication ? ( hypertension, diabetes, gout ) Try rest, ice application, elevation. If you have severe pain - better to get physical consultation
