I am 11 weeks 2 days pregnant.... 10 days back when i got scanned there was small perigestational hemorrhage of volume 1.3 cc along with the lower pole of the sac... And got fullfil 9 injection and it got cleared.....today evening all of a sudden i got bleeding like same as period no clots it was going like blood in urine...and immediately i went for scan it says Placenta is posterior, low laying, completely covered internal os present... Please guide me how to take care of my pregnancy...? Is there any complications...?
