I had typhoid, and After taking antibiotics for 19 days under prescription (first Cefixine 200mg + Ofloxacin 200 mg twice a day for 5 days, then Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days and Cefixine 400mg twice a day for 14 days), I did two stool culture tests 3 days apart and one urine culture test. All tests came back negative / sterile. Does this mean I am completely free from typhoid bacteria and won't shed anymore?

You have already over-treated yourself. If you are asymptomatic then you should forget it. Don't try to be too scientific because then someone will advise you to get the gall bladder removed. The gall bladder may harbour Typhoid bacteria for many years.

Definitive diagnosis of typhoid is by blood culture.Stool cultures sometimes donot yield proper results.However if you are free of fever , diarrhea and your stool and urine culture are negative for salmonella ,you are likely to be free from typhoid.If you have any symptoms related to typhoid ,you should go for a blood culture.
