Post partum depression

My wife suffering from anxiety and depression. She used Mirnite Meltab 15, Lopez 3 and Risdone LS from last 4 years. she is very sensitive and moody. she has many negative thoughts. she taking things very deeply and start thinking on it. if she missed her dose she behave depressed and silent and very angry.
