Post menopause bleeding.
My mother's last period was 13 months ago. Her age is 49 now. Last day she started bleeding with cramps and sore breasts.
She is very regular with her USG. Last USG was 10 months ago along with physical examination by her gynaecologist. She has some small fibroids since a long time and no other uterus related issues. The USG done 10 months ago is attached and doctor said after physical examination that everything looks normal.
Now my question is, can post menopause bleeding be a sign of cancer? Also, can it grow so quickly that it was not discovered in USG scans and physical examination by gynaecologist that was done 10 months ago.
