I had medicine abortion. And after a week hv completed TVS and TAS and report shows minimal collection in endometrial cavity. And other things are normal. My doctor gave me zifi antibiotic. My question is minimal collection is normal or point of concern? And antibiotic is correct medicine here?

Take the antibiotics as advised. You may repeat scan after 2 weeks to reassure yourself

The reason for minimal collection in the endometrial cavity is infection.Hence on giving antibiotics once the infection subsides the collection also gradually decreases
