Post covid weakness/pain
Hi Dr.
My wife was recently diagnosed with covid(rt pcr result) right after we both took the booster dose
I got same symptoms after 3 days and took medicine from a Dr for 4 days (prescription picture attached)
Post 4-5 days I only had semi-wet cough (taking Ayurvedic syrup and sitopaladi churan for it which is helping) and steam.
But after 9 days mild body pain/extreme fatigue is back, wat to do for it ?

Post COVID weakness can persist for a longer time and it varies from patient to patient. Take plenty of fluids, coconut water, fruits juice, take proper diet and don't skip meals. Keep monitoring the oxygen level.
