Post covid diet plan

Hi We recently had covid and today is day 12. Right now my wife is out of medicines and I have to take the medicines dexamethasone and multivitamins (slight chest infection). Could you suggest a diet plan for quick recovery.

Add auervadic kadha,green tea,lots of fruits in ur diet , follow home remedies ,need more information about u so contact me for full day diet chart ,u will get good results definitely.
