Post covid - CRP and D-Dimer are high

Hello Doctor, I tested covid postive 10 days back and got cured. Post that D-Dimer and C Reactive protein are very high (tested yesterday). Though I feel normal and better is there anything to worry? D-Dimer : 1429 ng/mL CRP : 86.30 mg/L Please advise.
