She got double marker risk as high risk of 1:62 trisomy 21 Will the harmone levels increase if it's taken at 13 week Should we go for amniocentesis or ntpt which is safe and accurate? Timing on double marker test is wrong. Consult a fetal medicine specialist at the earliest as you may  have missed the window for double marker test now.

Both are safe and with good accuracy, NIPT is noninvasive, AMNIOCENTESIS IS INVASIVE

Better to go for NIPT  as dual marker shows high risk. It should not be done at 10 weeks however, but now even if u do at 13 weeks and it comes out to be normal, even then doubt will remain so I suggest to undergo NIPT

That's a screening test not a confirmatory one Double marker should be done after the nt scan It was wrongly timed at ten weeks Go fr nipt or aminocentesis as that's a confirmatory test
