Poor vision in both eyes

5 years ago, I had cataract operation in both my eyes and it was successful but after arojnd 1 year, my vision deteriorate and reached to the level of pre surgery. I feel glare which is more sensitive for white light. I am herpertension and diabetic supportive on Insuline. Diabetese is not stab le and varies as per diet intake. Can I get my full vision again?

Diabetic,and hypertention Retinopathy has to be ruled out in your case.pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
