Poor sleep

I am unable to sleep properly for the last few days. Please help regarding this. I used to sleep properly. But since the past few days my sleep cycle has severely distupted which makes me feel helpless. I feel drowsy during the days which is affecting my studies. Please help me with some measures. I am 79kgs and 160 cms height. I usually go to bed around 12 am as I used to do earlier but now I can't get asleep before 03:00 or 03:30. Also the quality of sleep is not good. I don't feel fresh after waking up. Also I am feeling less energetic.
