Pooping frequently after feed mostly

My daughter 18.4 weeks old poops almost every feed not watery but loose mustard yellow . Sometimes poops little sometimes more. She is active no crying nothing . My concern is will this affect her weight gain currently she is 6.4 kg . And also why she is pooping like this

This is normal. Don't worry Baby's weight is doubled at 5mths so you can check it accordingly for weight gain

Very watery stools (like diarrhea) Blood or mucus in stools Poor feeding / lethargy Not gaining weight If none of these are present, this is normal and does not need treatment

This presentation is absolutely normal for this age and if your baby is gaining weight normally you need not worry at all.

This is actually normal and a very common pattern we see in breastfed infants. Breast milk digests quickly, so babies may pass stool after almost every feed. Semisolid/loose stools are completely normal, if baby is active, accepting feeds well, and not dehydrated -> no concern. This pattern does not affect weight gain if growth is steady.
