Polycystic Ovary Morphology Related

I have polycystic ovary. But I have already pregnant 2 times. Once we aborted as we were not planned for it. And once I have already given birth to a healthy baby without any complications. I have regular period from my childhood. So, does this polycystic ovary morphology normal? I am planning to conceive now. So, considering above factors will it create any issue/delay in conceiving?
