pcos is the problem that can be treated 70 % with lifestyle modification and 30 % with medication.
Without any medication if u want ur pcos to improve and have hormonal balance , regular cycles u need to follow few things ..
-Eating healthy ( low fat diet , less oily food and avoiding fast food etc)and doing exercise for 1 hour everyday ( morning 30 min and evening 30 min).
- if ur weight is more than normal, u should reduce a minimum of 3-4 kgs which will improve pcos.
-If ur cycles are regular chances to conceive are better.
-don’t get stressed.
- from the expected date of period of u count from day 10-day 18 will be ur fertility period ( ie egg release days) have intercourse in these days alternate date atleast.
