Can you please check my ECG and advise if there is any problem. Basically I'm dealing with mix of symptoms like chest discomfort, palpitations, acidity.Sometimes I feel to understand if it is my heart or stomach

It's less likely a heart issue.. Anytime u feel the symptoms again associated wit breathlessness /tightness of chest/palpitations.. Repeat ECG and v can compare it.. Also take some antacids to relieve ur discomfort as of now.. Kindly consult for more help n support
