Plz review ekg

Can u check my ekg. So i have been having some chest discomfort radiating to upper abdomen n left shoulder since 2-3 days Bloating n other gastric issues.. to be one safe side thought to get an ecg done.. i have had stress echo done earlier

The ECG is showing HR 90/min axis wnl rhythm sinus all other parameters wnl to be correlated clinically
Next Steps
Take plenty of water, Soft diet and One Tab PAN (40) Once daily Before breakfast and 2 tsp of syrup MUCAINEGEL twice daily after food
