Drink more fluids, take syp citralka 5ml every 8hours for 5 to 8 days, to make the urine ph alkaline. Uric acid is near threshold, I.e. higher side of normal. Avoid beer, take less of spinach, tomatoes, beans, gram. No antibiotic is needed presently

• Urine pH = 5 → this is acidic urine, which can be normal but also seen with: – High protein diet – Low hydration – Tendency for **Uric Acid Stones • Serum uric acid = 6.96 mg/dL → borderline high (especially if female) • Fasting sugar 88 → normal
Next Steps
• No strong medication needed immediately
Health Tips
• Increase water intake → 2.5–3 liters/day (most important) • Reduce: – Red meat – Organ meat – Excess dal/rajma/chana (moderation) • Avoid dehydration • Add: – Lemon water (alkalinizes urine)

Hello, I have reviewed your reports. A Urine pH of 5 indicates that your urine is quite acidic, which is directly related to your Serum Uric Acid levels (6.96 mg/dL) being on the higher end of the normal range. Acidic urine can lead to the formation of uric acid crystals or stones over time. While your fasting sugar (88 mg/dL) is excellent, we need to address this acidity through specific dietary modifications and hydration strategies to prevent future complications like gout or renal stones.
Next Steps
Please book a Video Consultation with me to discuss a specific diet plan and hydration schedule. We will also determine if a follow-up ultrasound is necessary to rule out existing crystals.
