Sir I have burning sensation when urination. So I am consult the doctor he advice get CBC and urine analysis and ultrasonography of abdomen. Then my cbc and ultrasonography of abdomen report attached. What it shows any serious problem please advise me sir/madam

Hello noted above history and related issues. As you mentioned above symptoms are could be due to gastric inflammation and fluid infection is a serious illness You need to provide details regarding this??
