Please suggest a medicine 4 sore throat

Having sore throat since couple of days. Temp between 96F to 101F max (Armpit) Sore throat not so painful. But I would say on a scale of 5 about 2.5 Please suggest a medicine as voice is also gone.

Tab paracitamol 650 mg 4 times in a day for 5 day's. Tab Azithromycin 500 mg twice in a day for 3 days. Gargle with warm salt water 3 times in a day for 5 day's Tab pantop D-sr one's in the morning empty stomach. ORS 3 packets per day Drink plenty of water. Get your self tested for COVID
