My mother fell  badly this morning . She has pain in her right shoulder and painful shoulder movement. We have done X-  ray. I have attached the X ray please check the X ray and tell me is everything fine or not. Is there any fracture please help me.

Hi So sorry to hear that …. looking at the X-ray which appears fine and doesn’t show any bony injury but the possibility of soft tissue injury(muscle and ligaments) can not be ruled out

With this visibility, there don't appear any fracture. Better to visit the clinic to complete evaluation of shoulder as ligament injury can be associated as well. Thanks.

X ray looks ok, there could be soft tissue injury, ice pack application twice daily, arm pouch application for 3 weeks,can get mri done now only if patient want, if want to wait and watch can go for the same after 3 weeks
