My lower leg and knee is getting swell day by day. Please tell what is the cause. I have done mri Lobulated Baker's cyst is seen without evidence of rupture  Grade II signal is seen in the body and posterior horn of medial meniscus  Grade I signal in the anterior and posterior horn of lateral meniscus.  Subtle signal changes seen along the fibres of ACL.. its showing this

Report is suggestive of multi ligament injury with backer cyst.. swelling is because of ligament injury

It's more of tear in one of you meniscus which is causing pain and swelling is because of cyst
