Mam my age is 43 years female from last 1.5 years periods are irregular like happening every 2-3 months may be because of perimenopause but yesterday no period but very little blood with brown discharge come very little only and then gone now not there I searched on Google may it is intermenstrual bleeding please but very little blood with brown discharge very little not like periods is it also symptoms of perimenopause or not please tell do perimenopause cause very little bleed in between the period

U need investigations to find out In a normal menstrual cycle Gap between 2 day one of the periods can be 21 to 37 Beyond that needs to be investigated n treated rather than blindly attributing to menopause
