I have tight stomach since almost 1.5 weeks, slight discomfort & bloating and constipation. What should I do? It's irritating me

Use Syrup.  Duphalac 10ml.  two times daily after food... Take plenty of oral fluids and water Fibre rich diet avoid oily and spicy foods... avoid non vegetarian foods and junk food
