Please help. I find it difficult 2 sleep

I generally find it very difficult to sleep at night since childhood. I am sleepy during day time and can sleep but at night I find it difficult to sleep, is there anything I can do apart from taking sleeping pills, in order to change my habit/schedule of sleeping late( around 4 or 5 am in the morning) I am really fed up of this:

Need detailed history. Avoid sleeping during the day time. Have healthy diet and do regular exercise. If u r over weight or obese try to reduce ur weight. Avoid mental stress. Do not take sleeping pills unnecessarily at this age
