I am having breathing issues , feel like something is there inside my abdomen sometimes feel stomach growling alot Chest pain and back pain is also there All of my hearts and lungs investigations are normal CBC PFT CHEST XRAY HRCT CHEST PFT TMT ECHO ECG every test is normal Had ultrasound abdomen also two months ago , that was normal as well I am having pantesec DSR since three days and anti anxiety medicine pexep cr 12.5 since 3 days Having Seacod liver oil and ashwagandha on daily basis Not seeing any major result What is the next step should I do ?
