Hello, Myself Shikha, m 31 year old. I'm 2nd month pregnant. Since last 2 days, my back is hurting badly. Not able to sit for long. Whole back is hurting. Please suggest something. Does it happens during pregnancy?

Take Ta. Dolo 650 for pain and sit in sunlight between 11am to 2 pm for atleast 20 to 30minutes,and get vitamin d test done
