Dear Sir I'm having plaque on my teeth, I brush everyday but I can't see any reduction in plaque on tooth, please suggest me how to get ride off this issue, plaque getting harder on my teeth. Any home remedies or medicine for removing plaque from teeth
Simple scaling from a dentist would solve the problem and after that brushing twice a day at home would prevent plaque built up.Getting cleaning done 2 times a year is advised for maintenance of healthy gums and teeth
