Planter fascitis, muscles pain

Physiotherapist has advised me to do stretching exercises 2 times a day for  planter fascitis and leg pain but I can do it only for one time because when I do it 2 times my muscles become stiff.After dinner I take light walk but after 10 min walk my muscles become stiff. I am not taking any medications. Vitamin d is 55 Should I take medication or supplement?

Check for your weight first. uric acide level if its high then also the pain would'nt reduce. If pain is severe take myospaz once a day after dinner. Do exercises as adviced by therapist. Hot water fermentation twice a day will give you relief.Take calcimax or cipcal or shelcal once a dag to increase calcium.

Due to high in uric acid also u use to get pain or over weight also u need to do stretching exercises by exercises only your muscles will get relaxed try it as advised by physio
