Planning pregnancy

From cycle day 20 i was having slight brown or light red color one drop mixed with vaginal clear discharge till cycle day 25 , on cycle day 26 brown discharge spotting and same on cycle day 27 , my period date is 28 march  means tomorrow and we are planning pregnanacy. Is this concerning ? My tshprolactin are normal ,HB is 13.8 . Vitamin D is normal as well. I am currently taking Ovesis SR tablet which contains ( DHEA SR 75 mg + folic acid 4.5 mg + vitamin D) from past 3 months and coq10 100 mg.

Please wait for another 3-4 days. If you miss your periods then you should get your urine pregnancy test done and consult a Gynaecologist with the report.
