Placenta Previa

It's just been a month since we got married. But I conceived and I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant. Also, I have low lying placenta which has been confirmed my ultrasound. Our initial mutual decision was towards abortion but when we did the second ultrasound, the doctor informed about low-flying placenta. The doctor said that abortion can be done but it can lead to heavy bleeding, which can be controlled by supplying blood , but even then if it remains uncontrolled, in some cases, the uterus will have to be removed. But he also said that carrying the pregnancy is also risky in this case as there could be bleeding anything around 2nd,3rd trimester and then can also be heavy bleeding during delivery. Now, financially we are struggling due to recent marriage. So practically we should not go for a child right now but it is also the case that we want atleast one child in the future. We are very very confused. Can someone suggest what to do in this case? We can also carry if abortion is risky.

You need to be educated about the MTP rules understanding that termination of pregnancy after 12 weeks in married couples is illegal and not available You have no other option but you continue with this pregnancy Most of the times the placenta moves up as the pregnancy progresses
