Hello. I am in my 28 th week of pregnancy.Placenta is showing grade 2 Maturity. Is this normal at this stage

Placenta is of correct maturity and corresponding to the gestational age. Not to worry ..relax. Its a term for gynaecologist to assess and not meant for you.
