These are ulcers not pimples on the lower lip and these are very common. These are mostly related to reduced immunity and stress. They occur very frequently and require minimum intervention. Hello, you can do baking soda in water mouth rinses, this will help to heal ulcers. consult a physician and get your vitamin B levels checked. if required start taking suppliments.

This is an ulcer and its a multiple in numbers looks like an stress ulcers which one is most commonly happen at any age of life some other causes are lack of sleep, hormonal, lack of vitamin in diet, some drugs allergy or oral burn.

Those look like ulcers and not pimples. Just apply some dental gel and give some rest to that area and avoid further irritation of that area. In many cases it might be sufficient

Hello, You seem to have developed Aphthous Ulcers.Use Dologel-CT gel,apply over the affected area,4-5 times in a day.Avoid spicy food for a week and take plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.It usually takes adout 10-14 days to heal. Regards Dr Sumanmakam
