My 9 month baby got pimple bump on his face for first time.What could be the reason.? What needs to be done for that?

Dear parents, Applying oils and cream regularly over face &not washing with soap water are the cause of acne. Stop applying oil or cream, wash twice a day properly.

Apply calamine lotion. It's difficult to pinpoint the reason. Send a pic if it doesnt improve
