Usually it’ll heal soon. Try to avoid hot and spicy food. Gurgle your mouth with salt water. Maintain oral hygiene. Apply Zytee gel ( or similiar ) twice a day.

Apply zytee L gel two to three times ( benzalkonium chloride , choline salicylate , lignocaine hydrochloride) Warm salt water or saline gargles three times until it heals
