My wife has one pilonidal sinus. She is undergoing severe pain. Please advise option for permanent solution. Is surgery safe. Will it reoccur. Which is best technology available for surgery. What is cost of surgery. Currently therris no blood or puss ozzing out but pains terribly while sitting.
