I have been diagnosed with Pilonidal Sinus. I want to know if surgery is the only cure. If yes, what is the process and how much does it cost? If no, what would be the recommended way to approach it? Also I have a very similar looking boil/cyst in my underarm. Is there a possibility these two are related.
