Pilonidal sinus one and only treatment of choice is surgery. If not, the recurrence rate is high. Ur cyst will recur and pain as well.. ONLY TREATMENT OF CHOICE IS SURGERY

This confirm occurs due to hair getting stuck under the skin. And surgery is required to remove the entire sinus tract. Else it keeps occurring.

LASER Is good but not always. Need to have a physical examination. Dont worry abt the open surgery. Open surgery is also good.

Pilonidal sinus is very recurring problem. The cyst burst pus drains and if not treated the cycle recurs. You have to visit a surgeon to solve it. Even surgery has some chances of recurrence,  more so with laser.
