I have piles problem in 3yrs and coming pus in night and after eats the warm food. It's very painful and some diseases also like fungus is effected there. So, please give me right suggestion.

May be inter splinctric abcess ,or fistula, Need to diagnose first ,go for ENDO ANAL SCAN. If it is fistula in ano, it won't work only internal medication.
Next Steps
if it is fistula non surgical procedure, ksharasutra treatment is best.
