Yes...only ayurveda can treat these issues permanently. If they are in surgical stage then better go for ayurvedic surgery only because they are not reversible, allopathic surgeries are not much successful and also post operative discomfort is also there... If piles are in initial degree then only medicine and sitz bath are enough
