I have piles and get lot of pain while excretion. I have taken medicines which have effected little bit as blood is now stopped but still pain exists. Also I feel very acidic lunch time. Wat should I do and Wat food should I prefer. Is operation the only cure? Can't I recover by any other means? Does alcohol and tobacco also effect the same?
