Sir i want to get a great physical stamina actually from past 3 years i ate only dal,rice nd milk as my regular diet i even gained so much weight but during last 3 monhs iam taking fruits chapati nd juices iam also dng some excercises but sometimes when i stop fruits my hands and legs are becoming very weak iam loosing stamina even to do my daily exercises iam not having energy even to do some minor works what should i do to get good stamina nd to lose weight.sir iam taking lots of glucon-d also
