Hey can pft detect asthma here are the reports attached and my age is 20 as i was shortness of breath and my echo tmt was normal only my esr was 20

PFT is normal. Asthma is a clinical diagnosis and PFF is supportive. PFT may be normal in asthma sometimes

Yes.Pft can detect Asthma.But in early stages,findings may not be there in the pft.History,symptoms wheeze,Ronchi on auscultation,clinical examination ,can diagnose Asthma.
