Has the relationship you are talking about come to an end? Grieving a broken relationship is very natural and will take time.
You can do the following things:
Take time out for yourself
Engage in some hobby
Yoga, meditation
Regular exercise and healthy diet
Get a good night's sleep
Reach out to friends and family
Concentrate on career plans and work on them positively
If you find that this is not helping or you are very distressed, you may seek a therapist/counsellor
