Persistent Headche

I am having persistent and intermittent throbbing headache since 1 year. I consulted Opthalmologist - advised me to wear spectacles which made some relief in pain with less episodes of occurrence. But still the nagging pain is there. What could be the diagnosis and whom to visit for further consultation.
