Hi, My wife has been facing issues sleeping at night due to constant cough. We tried all possible remedies ginger tea,hot water, green tea, lemon and honey etc but nothing is helping. The throat seems clear but the cough is not letting her sleep at night. Please let me know what can we do to solve this.

If her cough is more than 3 weeks ,it could be due to recent upper respiratory tract infection, post nasal drip , gastric issues,or reactive airway disorder. Try combination of cetrizine 10 mg and pseudoephedrine once daily for 5 days Nebulization with budesonide 500 mcg and ipratropium bromide 500 mcg twice daily for 5 days Himalaya koflet syrup 10 ml 3 times daily
