Persistant bilateral swollen lymph node

Done CXR to check for swollen lymph nodes ... Swollen nodes for more than 2 years... submandibular, cervical, clavicle everything are bilateral... my doc done ultrasound abdomen and CXR to check for swollen nodes... ultrasound was normal study... CXR impression was something bun... what is that means ? Blood test shows Mild Microcytosis... FNAC reactive lymphadentis... Nodes sometimes pain and give tight feeling in neck...

Your Xray reports as per doctor BVM - Bivasular Markings . Can you share photo of Xray or printed report of Xray .. Please share your blood tests reports if you have done . Please CBC test with ESR so I can advise mediations .
